what is a public adjuster?
A public adjuster is a licensed insurance claims professional that acts on behalf of a policyholder to ensure a favorable and expeditious claim settlement. Public adjusters are required to be licensed in the state(s) in which they do business, and work exclusively for the insured in handling all aspects of insurance claim.

As with most public adjusters, WesGroup works on a contingency fee basis, receiving a percentage of the claim amount (depending on the state). The insured pays us nothing if we do not recover additional funds for covered damages. Even the simplest claims can prove to be an overwhelming experience for most policyholders, and we take pride in relieving our clients of the burden that navigating through the claim process can become.
